ii) The company recruits the salesperson and then the latter recruits the new ones, creating a network.
iii) The sales strategy begins with close friends, family, and other colleagues.
iv) The products are often sold through word of mouth, personal referrals, mini events, online, and social media platforms.
Multiple dealers are involved in the network marketing structure. The initial sellers may resell to other distributors again, and the chain of selling goes on through networks. The distributors often become the customers here. In this structure, personal relationships, social networks, and close contacts are involved. Network marketing includes the following types:
