Educational Qualification & Experience

Intermediate / +2 or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree running or completed is preferred)
Freshers with strong communication skills and a positive learning attitude are highly encouraged to apply
Prior sales experience will be an added advantage

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: NPR 24,000
Attractive incentive and commission packages based on performance

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell company merchandise to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Visit markets regularly to expand customer base
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
Provide market feedback and sales reports to the management
