Job Description
  • Build meaningful customer relationships
  • Maintain an expert understanding of Samsung products
  • Work in a collaborative manner alongside store staff
  • SES / SEZ Planogram Maintenance support
  • Update consumer about the ongoing consumer offers and help consumers to resolve technical issue
  • Demo Phone Display (Retail Mode)
  • Drive sales against targets
  • Maintain brand, visual and operational standards
  • Comply to store/ Samsung policies and procedures
  • Feedback customer and store ideas and suggestions
  • Capture and report all relevant data on a daily basis to the department head
  • To drive sales and create brand awareness
  • Stock Status Reporting, Support Retailer in Order Replenishment
Providing Market feedback (Product Competition) as required
