Education: Bachelors completed
Experience: At least 1-2 years of working experience in the relevant position.
Roles and Requirement:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Call center, customer service, or supervisor role.
Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
Proficient computer skills.
Proficient standard office equipment skills.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong people skills.
Excellent phone etiquette.
