Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Welcoming visitor by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
2. Answering and forwarding phone calls.
3. Keeping front desk tidy and presentable
4. Keeping a record of staff and visitors signing in and out of the office.
5. Performing other clerical duties such as filing, photocopy, scanning etc.
6. Handling the first and second level security guard.
7. Carrying out instruction given by the management and team.
8. Maintaining good relationships with all the staff.
9. Assist customers with any issues experienced with company's services.
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in English.
2. Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
3. Excellent communication skills, both in-person and on the phone.
4. Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor Completed or Running
