Strategic Planning
          I am Amrit Gurung from Rolling Plans Pvt. Ltd. all the way from Bijulibazar. Strategy is an action that managers take to attain one or more of the organization's goals. Strategy can also be defined as “A general direction set for the company and its various components to achieve a desired state in the future.
          An effective strategy contains five key elements: Arenas, Differentiators, Vehicles, Staging, and Economic Logic. Remember that it's important to consider each element in the diamond because they are all interrelated and mutually reinforcing.

• Pull together a diverse, yet appropriate, group of people to make up your planning team.
• Allow time for the big picture, strategic thinking.
• Get full commitment from key people in your organization.
• Allow for open and free discussion regardless of each person's position within the organization.
