Overview
For the last 10 years, I am involved in the Human Resource consulting firm, ultimately gaining experience, in Human Resource practices, sourcing, and recruitment at various project level for INGO, government projects, private sectors, and several other projects and covering areas all over the business ( including finance, compliance, legal, marketing, strategy, business intelligence and more).
Similarly, Call Center working experience for more than a decade with a history of working in Telecommunication, the Electronics industry, Banking plus finance institutions. I have been doing all the consulting, establishing, and implementation work for better Customer Service Experience with skills in building the Contact Center Management and Operations service.
