Sealed Quotation No: SSSD/02/077/078 First Date of publication: 27/02/2078 Shree Shiva Secondary School invites Sealed Quotation from Nepalese eligible bidders for the Supply of ICT Equipments to establish ICT Based Classroom from the Support Program of EVENT Project-II under Competitive Bidding procedures. 1. Eligible Suppliers may obtain further information and inspect the Sealed Quotation Forms at the office of Shiva Secondary School Birendranagar-11, Surkhet Karnali Province Nepal, 9858049512, 2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Shiva Secondary School Birendranagar-11, Surkhet. 3. Sealed Quotation Forms may be purchased by eligible Suppliers on the submission of a written application with the payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs 1000.00 and bid security in the account as specified below before 12:00 AM 2078/03/08 Name of the Bank: Rastriya Banijya Bank Surkhet Account no.: 408000139001 Account Name: Shree Shiva Secondary School 4. Sealed Quotation must be submitted to the office Hard copy within office hours before 2078/03/08. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 5. The Sealed Quotation will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 10:00AM on 2078/03/09 at the office of Shiva Secondary School. 6. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by an original bid security or, bank voucher of above account Number amounting to a minimum of NRs 58000, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid i.e. 75 days after bid opening. 7. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. 8.
