(First Dote of publication: 2077 - 09 - 08) I. Likhu Rural Municipality invites bids for the Construction Project. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders. 2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at the Likhu Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Nuwakot, ph No 010-630022. 3. Bidder may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders submitting their bid electronically only, should deposit the cost of bidding document (payment of a non-refundable fee) of NRs 3000.00 in the office account (as specified below) and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids till 2077.10.09 at 12:00 hours. 4. Information to deposit the cost of bidding document in bank: Name of the Bank: Nepal Bank Limited, Trishuli Name of Office: Likhu Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Nuwakot, Name of Account: Ga 1.1 Antarik rajaswa khata Account No: 02603000001001000002 5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Likhu Rural Municipality Office, Dude, Nuwakot at 2077.09.24. 6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 on 2077.10.09 at the office of Likhu Rural Municipality, Dude, Nuwakot. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of c-bid from 'A' class Commercial hank, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. 7. Likhu Rural Municipality, Nuwakot reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever 11.
