Job Position: Call Center Supervisor
Duty Station: Lazimpat, Kathmandu
Education: Bachelors Running/Bachelors completed
Experience: At least 1-2 years of working experience in the relevant position.
Roles and Requirement:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Call center, customer service, or supervisor role.
- Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Proficient standard office equipment skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong people skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
