Responsible for Sales of all the products. |
Monitoring reports by collection, age-wise analysis and summarizing debtors’ information |
Strong communication and information flow within the team and across organization |
Follow and maintain company and team objectives and KPIs |
Ensuring collection to be maintained within credit policy |
Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share while considering customer’s satisfaction |
Establish sales objectives by forecasting &developing annual/monthly sales plan product wise/Area wise. |
Prepare daily/ weekly/Monthly/quarterly sales report |
Field visit on requirement basis |
Giving product demonstration |
Conduct Market surveys for mapping data and analyze competitors |
Stay up-to-date with latest sales trend and best practices |
Arranging sales visits with prospective clients |
Ensure the sales targets are achieved |
Take responsibility for own personal development |
