1) Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
2) Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
3) Develop compensation and benefits plans
4) Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
5) Host in-house recruitment events
6) Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
7) Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
8) Review departmental budgets
9) Organize learning and development programs
10) Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner
11) Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
Academic Qualification- Bachelors degree (Masters degree is preferred)
Experience- Must have experience in payroll and relevant field.
Salary- Negotiable
