Phlebotomists have a responsibility to draw blood efficiently and accurately on patients. Their typical daily duties include the following:
• Calling the user 14-16 hours prior before visiting the location for collection
• Prepare patients before drawing blood
• Doing RT-PCR Collection
• Explain blood draw procedures to patients and answering any questions about the process
• Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures to maintain sanitary work areas
• Gather medical testing materials, including needles, sample vials, blood storage bags and test
tubes
• Verify patient information and labelling blood samples properly
• Accurately update patient information in the organization's database
• Help nervous or frightened patients remain calm during blood draws
• Updating the team in case there is a delay in visiting the user location

1. Experience in working with pathology and diagnostic centers in Sales, Marketing, and/or
Operations team
2. Experience in team management: The candidate should have experience in leading a certain set
of teams.
3. Excellent communication skills – written and oral in English and Nepali language
4. Good relationship-building
and presentation skills.
5. Open to travel frequently within the country & abroad for short/long duration (1 day to 7 days
at a stretch) as per business needs.
6. Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office suite of products – PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
7. Open to work in flexible hours and shifts from office set up or remotely (work from home) as
required by the company from time to time
8. A proven academic and career track record is a must.
9. Must have a desire to participate beyond one’s functional area, to grow constantly and also
help others grow.
