Job Description

Job Descriptions: 
  • Perform basic HRM Functions like Recruitment and Selection, Training & Development, Attendance & Leave Management, Employee Engagement & Communication, Succession Planning, Payroll Management etc.
  • Proper documentation of employee files
  • Coordination with the client, supervisors, trainers, sec. team, and VM team
  • Prepare Various HR reports and coordinate with Client POC extensively.
 
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
  • Good Communications & Presentation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Presentation
  • Candidate should have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Monthly Salary Range: Negotiable
