Job Description

Position: HR Intern
Organization: Rolling Plans Private Limited
Business Unit: Project Division
Location: Bijulibazar- 10, Kathmandu
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (Result awaiting students can also apply)
Time Period: 3 months (Office Time: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
Stipend: As per structured rule of the organization
 
Jobs to be perform and learn;

 

  • Helps to collect data and maintain data in Soft copy as well as hard copy.
  • Personnel File Management – Daily filing of HR documents in personal files; updating the same data on HRIS.
  • Update CV Bank database.
  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports as needed.
  • Screen resumes and application forms for respective vacancies.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
  • Data collection and data entry of employees into the HRIS.
  • Assist to coordinate with clients to support for executive team for service implementation.
