Job Description
1. Align day-to-day tasks (Market visit plus sales conversion) according to the guidance provided by the supervisor and furnish the day-end report.
2. Work in line to achieve the set performance benchmark.
3. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
4. Implement strategies to attract new customers and expand the subscriber base.
5. Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
6. Ensure the reduction of suspended and inactive customer accounts by the end of each month.
7. Provide the Supervisor with daily updates and reports regarding non-contactable customers (Upcoming/Inactive/Suspended)
8. Work closely with the customer support team to address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to marketing campaigns and services.
