Job Description: - Assist the supervisor or team leader with applications, documentation.
- Co-ordinate with the team member and pro for document required, submit in time.
- Check the documents in detail for accuracy and authenticity.
- Be responsible for proper storage and prepare of the documents, cataloging and retrieving as required.
- Be responsible for the document’s security for assigning access and for removing and destroying obsolete documents.
- Documentation to send for overseas clients in order to obtain work permits, visa processing.
- Preparation of photographs, CVs, biodata of the candidates.
- Documentation for visa submission for embassies/consulates.
- Sourcing cv for different position as required by the overseas clients.
- Other jobs as assigned and required in office.
