Job Description
We are looking to hire Service Experience Unit (Customer Service) for a reputed company.
1. This unit deals with handling customers inquires, getting feedbacks from the customer regarding the service, preparing manual ledgers, coordinating with customers regarding the payments.
2. Soft recovery/collection experience
3. Customer Service experience
4. Assist the Sales Team
Academic qualification: At least +2 or equivalent.
Personal attribute: Soft spoken, ability to handle customer grievances.
