Job Title: Chief Relationship Officer (CRO)
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
Reports To: Chief Business Officer/Chief Executive Officer
Location: Naxal, Kathmandu

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in leading teams, inspiring staff and driving organizational goals related to customer relations and strategic partnerships, preferably in financial services, asset management or mutual fund industry.
- A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Capability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with the company's objectives and market opportunities.
- Strong understanding of mutual funds, investment products and financial markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis, and market research tools.
