Job Description

Designation: Business Development/Marketing/Sales Executive (Corporate Sales/Institutional Sales)
Job Location: Kathmandu
Qualification: Preference will be given to Master Degree in Sales and Marketing or Equivalent/ Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing or Equivalent

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of sales and distribution mechanism of Manufacturing companies / Importers/ Brands in Nepal
  • Must have strong network and relationship with Manufacturing companies / Importers/ Brands in Nepal
  • Handle end-to-end acquisition of new corporates, manufacturing Companies, FMCG Companies, SME, and Corporates
  • Build customer acquisition strategy, marketing, digital marketing strategy, content management system, and sales strategy and implement the action plan
  • Responsible for selling shared distribution services to corporates.
  • Drive lead generation to acquire new customers
  • Drive business development activities
  • Achievement of key metrics of input activities, conversion and revenue consistently
  • Building strong Eco system partnership
  • Competitor Analysis, market intelligence on competitor pricing and penetration strategies and able to implement and execute counter strategy for client acquisition


Experience:
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development preferably in reputable FMCG Brands or Food & Beverage Industry or similar Industry

  • Structured thinking : The role requires to breakdown the problem in smaller parts and drive structural solves
  • Multiple Tasking: Ability to manage a team and multiple projects at the same time

Resources:
  • Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
