Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing Mobile handset experience/demo to customers.
- Sellout Achievement
- Demo Phone Display (Retail Mode)
- Update consumer about the ongoing consumer offers and help consumers to resolve a technical issue.
- SES / SEZ Planogram Maintenance support
- Stock Status Reporting.Support Retailer in Order Replenishment
- Market feedback (Product, Competition) as required
Requirements:
- Age – 20 to 26 years.
- Qualification – +2 pass
- Experience – At least one year of work experience in sales.
- Industry – Preferred from Mobile /Telecom sales, consumer durables.
- Location – Kathmandu, Bhaktapur Lalitpur
Competency:
- Quantitative Aptitude –Ability to understand sales math –target achievement, calculation of margin and discounts, schemes and market implications, ASP, Competition share, etc.
- Communication Skill-Ability to put across points. Clear diction and voice. Confident, Polite, Sincere, and Dynamic.
- Selling Skill – Ability to identify customer requirements by asking relevant questions. Comparison with the competition.
- Technical skill –Familiar with terms and technology of the mobile handset trade. Fair knowledge of mobile products & technology.
- Grooming – Presentable and well-groomed.
