Nepal Eye Program (NEP), Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (TIO), a center of excellence in comprehensive eye care service delivery including training research: intraocular lens manufacturing facility, eye bank, and community program is currently looking for qualified Nepali candidates to apply for the following positions

Hospital Manager (Level-9);
Number of requirements: One
Work Station: NEP/TIO.
Modes of Hiring: Time-bound

Minimum requirements

Master's degree in Health Care Management/Hospital Administration/Hospital Goodyear with three years experience after Master's degree in a related field.
Verbal and communication skills in both English and Nepali.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

As an administrative head of the hospital, the Hospital Manager will directly report to Hospital Director and also coordinate with other top management in planning, budgeting. Review, implementation, cost optimization, maintenance, and continual system. Process and service improvement of TIO's hospital, which is one of the Strategic Business Units of NEP/TIO.

Senior Finance & Account Officer (Level-7);
Number of requirements: One
Work Station: HCEH (Hetauda)
Modes of Hiring: Time-bound

Minimum requirements

Master’s degree in a related discipline.
Ability to work independently and in a team
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in the healthcare industry and having additional professional qualifications in accountancy

Senior Finance & Account Officer will be responsible to keep up-to-date day-to-day financial & &accounting transactions of HCEH.

Driver (Support-Senior, Level-2);
Number of requirements: One
Work Station: HCEH (Hetauda)
Modes of Hiring: Time-bound

Minimum requirements

Grade eight or Primary education passed with two years of relevant experience.
Must possess a driving license for light four-wheel vehicles.
Preference will be given to local candidates.

Optical fitter (Support, Level-1)
Number of requirements: Two
Work Station: 01 HCEH (Hetauda) and o1 Palung
Modes of Hiring: Time-bound.

Minimum requirements:

Primary education/Literate
Preference will be given to local candidates with relevant experience
