Position: Junior Officer ( Marketing)

Location: Inside Valley & Outside Valley
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree completed (preferred).Min. 3 years of experience in the insurance, FMCG, banking, or multinational company (MNC) sectors is required.
Key Requirements

Ability to identify and generate new clients and business lead independently, with management support as required.

Strong network with corporate business houses, banks, automobile showrooms, manufacturing companies, and other business organizations will be an added advantage.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Sales-driven, target-oriented, and committed to achieving assigned targets within the stipulated time.

Strong client relationship management and business development skills.

Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
Job Responsibilities

Identify prospective customers, schedule appointments, and conduct sales calls and client visits to generate new business.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and recommending suitable products.

Maintain accurate client records and prepare daily and monthly activity and sales reports for supervisor review.

Provide ongoing support to clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and advising them on appropriate insurance solutions.

Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction, policy renewal, and long-term retention.

Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the achievement of departmental business goals.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of proposals, policy issuance, and after-sales service.
