Job Description

Rolling Plans Pvt. Ltd constantly requires Roster of Contact Center Associates for its various call centers. The rosters are a call for applications for future opportunity, determining by emerging needs. To be listed in the roster, the registration should be completed as per the need.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • To handle calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests.
  • To utilize their knowledge of products or services in order to cater the customer queries.
  • To display great customer service skills.
  • To address issues of the customer and provide support.
  • To offer information, as and when required.
  • To be responsible for improving customer retention through programs and service provided to the customer. 

Job Specifications
  • +2/Intermediate passed
  • Good communication skills in both English & Nepali.
  • Available to work in shifts and flexible in different working timings.
  • Able to perform multitasking.
  • Having sound health to work in call center environment.
  • Basic computer skills.

Recruitment & Selection Process
  • Candidate CV review & screening of profile for computer test.
  • Telephonic Interview.
  • Computer Test.
  • Interview Session.
  • Orientation Program.
  • Training Program for 2-3 weeks (A test will be conducted for the final selection by trainer).

No prior experience required. .
