Inorder to strengthen and enhance our Alternative and Conventional Sales, we intend to hire potential candidates under various positions. Therefore, we announce this vacancy to invite application from all interested and qualified individuals to be a member of our diverse team.
1. Province Head - Kathmandu valley, Lumbini, karnali This position entails to specifcally look into the overall function in the respective province/region. S/he will be responsible for formulating, guiding and supervising business strategy and activities. S/he will directly report to management on the business plans and progress.
Key Requirements: - Bachelor degree (Master degree preferred) of formal education.
- Atleast 10 years of work experience in marketiong with 5 years in insrance industry.
- Prior engagement in similar position with proven track record would be an advantage.
- Well acquainted with the directives of the statutory body and life insurance products.
- Experienced in training and corporate culture.
- Strong leadership and business sense to communicate, motivate and guide the team members.
- Valid driving license.
- Not exceeding 50 years of age.
