Gender Equity, Diversity and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) Expert (Fixed term contract of 3.5 years based in Kathmandu)
Responsibiity: Responsible for overseeing transformative GEDSI technical advice, ensuring best practice on GEDSI issues across the programme, including safeguarding and working with rights based CSO and marginalised groups.
Qualification: Master's degree in Social Science, Gender Studies or relevent areas with expert knowledge and expertise on GEDSI, intersectional vulnerability within marginalized groups, gender and partiarchal norms and leave no one behind agenda, as well as developing and implementing strategies to address GEDSI issues in development programming within Nepal and / or in a similar the global south context.
