Main Responsibilities areas:

Assist in the development of yearly, short term, and long-term strategic plan for Padma Colony Society
Ensure effective execution of agreed planned activities assigned by Padma Colony Society.
Ensure proper recording/documentation and disbursement of all the incoming and outgoing mails and parcels.
Ensure that ‘proper cleaning of colony area’ is regularly assessed to devise relevant strategies for effective cleaning management.
Management of sitting arrangement and refreshments, (like tea, coffee, bottled, and drinking water-related arrangements) while meeting with Municipality/ Ward Mayor, president, or officers.
Assist in superior planning and execution of security measures in line with the security environment of the Padma Colony ensuring safety and security of colony premises and its assets
Regularly liaise and coordinate with security vendors/partners to ensure 24/7 security support across Padma Colony premises
Develop and monitor security vendor’s performance KPI’s and provide guidance and direction to a vendor to ensure effective service delivery
To maintain a professional relationship with Padma colony members
To manage, coordinate and administer water distribution, water maintenance, and water meter reading
To communicate with Municipality, ward office, and other concerned government organization
To maintain all financial transaction through software and manually if required
Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the executive committee of Padma Colony society.
