Job Description
New Technical Waterproofing & Infra Rehabilitation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for outstanding dedicated personnel for challenging and rewarding career for following positions:
1.Prolect monitoring Engineer-14 (Field based) Qualification
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years' experience n building construction also, retrofitting work (At least Iwo contract of Building construction completed on tine)
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD (For design, review of drawings and preparation of As built drawing)
• Perfect Knowedgo of MS Excel for Billing works. preparation of Variation Order & related doci.ment of Contract
• Coordinating. communicating & leadership slues.
• Good knowledge of quality control & frequency of Material test
• Good kn
•.v.edge of MS project for completion of project within the limited time fra (resources management. billing system, cash flow & other related works).
• More phony to the one who have completed the previously handled projects within time frame loath-lents required)
2.CivIl Engineer/ Experienced Supervisor-43 (Field based) Qualification
• Bachelor's degree with 2.3 years' experience in Building Construction as a site (At least one contract of budding construction (retrofitting works) completed on time.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD. MS Excel for tilling & Variation order
• Coordinating. communicating & leadership skies
• Good knowledge of quality control & frequency of material lest.
3.AccountaM3 Nos (Field Based) Qualification
• Bachelor's degree with 2.3 years' experience in Construction feid
• Good knowledge of income Tax VAT, material procurement. labor payment etc.
• Good skill in MS word and MS Excel. • Ability to handle sensitive. confidential information
• Good Communication Skill 4.0ffice Runner-2 Nos Qualification
• Intermediate degree with 2-3 years' exaenence n related field
• Good communication skill and ability to handle the situation
