JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Signup & management of Pathology & Diagnostic service providers:
-
Expand the reach of MOHO Care Pathology & Diagnostic services in Nepal with tie-ups with single or multicenter pathology and diagnostic centers

Finding a target service provider based on data and inputs from the team

Negotiate commercials and sign up with the service provider
-
Integration with the MOho Care system and co-ordination with operations, business & tech teams
-
Co-ordination between service partner, global team, and local partners for various operational objectives

Invoicing & payments with service providers:
-
Work with the internal finance team for timely and accurate monthly billing.

Work with internal and client’s finance team for timely collection of payments.
-
Work with various teams at the client’s end to ensure proper reconciliation in case of any discrepancy.

Business Management, Sales, Marketing & Support:
-
Identify new clients for corporate or group or bulk business of TDO Nepal
-
Pitching and management of new and existing clients to drive revenues, commercial closures, invoicing, and payments
-
Relationship management with new and existing clients
-
Coordination with operations and product teams for seamless delivery of services to clients
-
Interact with the respective product and business teams on a regular basis for helping the company to meet its objectives.

Work with internal campaign management/marketing teams to set up period campaigns on social media, digital platforms, etc.
Job Specification
EXPECTATIONS / CULTURAL TRAITS:

Preferably Experience in working with pathology and diagnostic centers in the Sales, Marketing, Operations team or Relation Management Team

Experience in team management: The candidate should have experience in leading a certain set of teams.

Excellent communication skills – written and oral in English and Nepali language
-
Good relationship-building and presentation skills.

Open to travel frequently within the country & abroad for short/long duration (1 day to 7 days at a stretch) as per business needs.
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office suite of products – PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Open to work in flexible hours and shifts from office set up or remotely (work from home) as required by the company from time to time
- A proven academic and career track record is a must.
- Must have a desire to participate beyond one’s functional area, to grow constantly and also help others grow.
