Job description/Responsibilities:
1. Able to maintain hygiene standards and inventory procedures.
2. An expert preferably in pastry and bakery.
3. Able to work with fondant , Gum paste flowers and chocolate décor preferred.
4. Able to create designs with or without reference materials.
5. Able to handle pressure, volume and work quickly.
6. Producing different kinds of icing, frosting and cake filling based on cake type and customer preferences.
7. Operate and manage the pastry section of a kitchen, working together with the other chefs
8. Artistic, efficient, innovative as well as open minded about cooking ideas.
9. Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations.
