KIRDARC Nepal is implementing the “Breaking Barriers for Girls’ Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) in Dolpa (Kishori Sasaktikaran Pariyojana)” project in Thulibheri Municipality and Tripurasundari Municipality of Dolpa District, with support from Plan International Nepal.

Posiiton: Senior Program Coordinator – 1 Position based in Dunai Dolpa.
Academic Qualification and Experience: Applicants must have a master’s degree in public health (MPH) with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience, or a bachelor’s degree in public health (BPH) or a related health discipline with at least five years of relevant experience in NGO/INGO or development projects.
Key Skills and Knowledge required:- Candidate should have experience in managing SRHR or public health programmes, including project planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting, budgeting, and government coordination. They should possess strong leadership, coordination, communication, and report-writing skills, with sound knowledge of SRHR, GESI, SBC, safeguarding, donor compliance, and the project management cycle. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills in Nepali and English, and a willingness to work in remote and challenging settings are essential.
