Job Description
The Sales Associate is responsible and accountable to support both business and operational functions. You will be responsible for coordinating and assisting the teams in handling customer inquiries in the e-commerce platforms and emails. Quick, concise, and clear communication is your key role and so is the cross-functional relationships with global and local teams.
Basic Information:
Location: Khusibu, Nayabazar
Salary: NRS 20,000-30,000
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in business communication.
Minimum contract period: 2 years
Qualification: MBA/BBA
Work Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Including 1-hour lunch break)
Major Roles and Responsibilities:
● Managing day-to-day orders, invoicing, and billing.
● Manage day to day eCommerce responsibilities, including direct client contact
● Process orders and update stock
● Work closely with design, buying, and merchandising teams to understand the current collections and seasonal product launches
● Responsible for order shipment, e.g. calculating shipping quotes.
● Provide timely and professional online customer support for complaint resolution with regards to product & fit queries, deliveries, orders, and account related issues
● Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
● Handle and process online and WhatsApp orders with accuracy and attention to detail
● Liaise with production, packaging, logistic, and other stakeholders as and when needed
● Document action steps to be taken in the computerized system
● Stay updated on company products, inventory, and programs as well as industry trends and communicate the same with the customers
● Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management
● Go above and beyond advocating for every customer concern and request in emails and E-commerce platforms
● Communicate with clients passed on by the Team Leads
● Promptly identify, understand, resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution

● Thorough understanding of e-commerce workflow from order placement through to dispatch
● A strong interest and/or knowledge of Crafts. Experience gained in a similar role is preferable.
