Central Finance Limited (CFL), was incorporated as a public limited company, in April 14, 1996. It has been established as per the Finance Company Act 2042 B.S. and Company Act 2053. It commenced operations from April 14, 1997 upon obtaining the operating license from Nepal Rastra Bank.
