Job Description

Designation: Business Development/Marketing/Sales Executive (Corporate Sales/Institutional Sales)
Job Location: Kathmandu
Qualification: Preference will be given to Master Degree in Sales and Marketing or Equivalent/ Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing or Equivalent

Requirements:

Knowledge of sales and distribution mechanism of Manufacturing companies / Importers/ Brands in Nepal
Must have strong network and relationship with Manufacturing companies / Importers/ Brands in Nepal
Handle end-to-end acquisition of new corporates, manufacturing Companies, FMCG Companies, SME, and Corporates
Build customer acquisition strategy, marketing, digital marketing strategy, content management system, and sales strategy and implement the action plan
Responsible for selling shared distribution services to corporates.
Drive lead generation to acquire new customers
Drive business development activities
Achievement of key metrics of input activities, conversion and revenue consistently
Building strong Eco system partnership
Competitor Analysis, market intelligence on competitor pricing and penetration strategies and able to implement and execute counter strategy for client acquisition

Experience:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development preferably in reputable FMCG Brands or Food & Beverage Industry or similar Industry
