Job Description
Major Roles and Responsibilities:
Implementing marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market strategy insights
Improving brand recognition and reputation
Analyzing market trends and competitors’ methods
Improving the brand reach to customers
Planning campaigns to ensure brand consistency
Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies
Reviewing success of campaign and developing ways to improve on brand recognition
Collaborating with agencies & discovering strategic business opportunities through cross function collaboration
Providing product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication.
Responsible for branding, advertising, trade shows, company events and promotional collateral
Working with management on projects dealing with media relations, business communications, and success stories
Qualification:
MBA with specialization in Marketing form reputed institution
Minimum three years of experience in the relevant field

Requirement/ Skills:
Should have eloquent communication, dealing and negotiation skill
Ability to rationalize the company’s marketing effort &effectiveness and plan the company’s use of advertising & sales promotion programs
Ability to detail tactical plans for implementation of each of the elements of company’s marketing mix and in the marketing planning
Proven skills in consumer understanding, proposition development and innovative in generating programs
Strong leadership and consensus building skills
Willingness to travel extensively
Ability to work under pressure
Must possess own bike with valid license
