Rolling Plans is hiring Store Incharge on behalf of its client for a group of companies.
Work Station: Kathmandu
Strategically plans and manages logistics, store, transportation, and customer services.
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process dispatch.
Report and resolve any arising problems or complaints.
Supervise dispatch and store workforce.
Meet cost, productivity, and accuracy and timeliness targets.
Maintain data to assess performance and contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize store procedures.
Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers.
At least Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience as Store Incharge
Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must possess own vehicle with valid driving license
