Job Description
Develop strong sales relationships directly with national employer groups, and will be expected to operate as the primary point of contact for all sales and information needs.
Will be responsible for building and maintaining a book of business through one or more specific channels
Identify and analyze new sources for ongoing business opportunities through strategic alliances, new products, and services
Ability to manage multiple relationships and responsibilities
Work closely with sales and marketing team to ensure effective support of sales effort
Build strong public relations with retailers
Resolve delivery issues and submit a report
Responsible for ensuring proper product placement with the highest visibility
Responsible for placing promotion materials at the point of sales
Travel frequently within the designated area
Qualification
Masters Degree with specialization in Sales & Marketing from a reputed institution.
Minimum five years of experience in the relevant field.
Requirement/ Skills
Should have eloquent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
Strong relationship-building skills are essential to success in this position.
Conduct regular reporting of current & projected sales and marketing activities.
Ability to build and lead an effective team.
Strong leadership skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must possess own bike with a valid license
