Job Description
Preparing financial documents, such as statements, business activity, and reports
Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
Track and reconcile bank statements
Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
Process tax payments
Track bank deposits and payments
Analyzing an organization’s finances to find strategies for cost reduction
Managing records and receipts and processing invoices
Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed
Provide administrative support during budget preparation
Assist in the review of facility operations and performance, and be able to research and answer questions
Conduct all duties in accordance with internally and externally acceptable accounting practices
Perform all other duties as assigned by management
Reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transactions
Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
Qualification
Bachelors/ Masters with specialization in Finance from a reputed institution.
Minimum two years of experience in the relevant field.
Requirement/ Skills
Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
Familiarity with accounting software
Organizational and time-management skills
Requires a high degree of strategic planning skills and board management focus and vision to foresee all aspects of financial operations
Ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail, with an ability to spot a numerical error
