Job Description
The goal for this position is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with new clients. You will work closely with the Marketing Department, to which you will provide insight and feedback about products and features on the platform along with external marketing strategy implementation, while Sales Department will be your go-to guys, with whom you will develop business development strategies, maintain existing business relationships with our current partners, conduct market analysis, and, finally, drive our approach as we continue to expand our product offerings and grow our market share. The company also has IT and Creative departments that will work in collaboration with you.
Your main responsibilities will be:

Planning and overseeing new business development initiatives;

Researching organizations and individuals to find new partnership opportunities;

Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events related to blockchain and finTech;

Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met;

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;

Foster new relationships with blockchain companies in the region and onboard them onto ExMarkets;

Maintain an expert level of understanding of the platform and products so as to provide knowledgeable support to top; clients and potential partners both externally and internally;
