Major Roles and Responsibilities:

Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.

Visiting customers, discover new business contacts and closing the sales

Follow up & collection of sundry debtors

Reviewing sales performance against target

Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.

Monitoring the performance of the sales team.

Settlement of claim files as per company's norms and schemes.

Job Specification

Should have had exposure to contracts and contract negotiations with clients

Speed in responding to queries

Good research skills

Adaptable and willing to learn and seek guidance to resolve business situations/circumstances

Excellent business communication skills

English and Nepali language skills
