- The Government of Nepal has allocated funds towards the cost of Immigration Office, Belahiya Office Building Construction (Integrated Building Construction, Including Quarantine) Work at Belahiya, Bhairahawa and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for DOI/Works/NCB/01/077-78. Bidding is open to all eligible as per Section V of bidding document.
- GoN, Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Immigration invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Immigration Office, Belahiya Office Building Construction (Integrated Building Construction, Including Quarantine) at Belahiya, Bhairahawa under National Competitive Bidding — Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.
Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:
- Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: 98.50 Million
- Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: at least one RCC building project with single basement that have been successfully or substantially completed and that is similar to the proposed work value of at least NRs. 105.00 Million.
- Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously the Technical Bid and the Price Bid as per the provision of ITB 21.1(b) of the Bidding Document.
- Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at GoN, MoHA, DOI (Ph. No.: 01-4429659. 01-4429660) or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
- Bidders submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

- Electronic bids submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 noon on Kartik 13, 2077 (October 29, 2020). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
- Electronic bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 PM on Kartik 13, 2077 (October 29, 2020) at the Department oflmmigration. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format amounting to a minimum of NRs. 38,00,000/-, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (Le. Chaitra 15, 2077 AS or March 28, 2021 AD).
