Job Description

General Specifications:

  • Age – 22 to 32 years.
  • Qualification – Graduate or currently pursuing bachelors
  • Experience – 2+ years of work experience in sales
  • Industry – Preferred from Mobile /Telecom sales
  • Tech-savvy and should have good knowledge of mobile technology
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to handle a large number of audiences.
  • Strong Industry and Content Knowledge
  • Flexibility and Creativity
  • Advanced Research Skill
  • Enthusiasm for lifelong learning
Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Training and Development
  • New Product and soft skill training to the SECs
  • Update the SECs about the new features
  • Entertain the queries of SECs related to product and soft skills
  • Ability to plan and execute training at various locations.
  • Provide costing of training and process the payment process on time.
  1. SEC program coordination
  • Coordinate for SEC events like SEC meet (regional/national), SEC incentive program tour.
  • Provide the estimates for various activities related to such events for approval.
  • Coordinate with the vendors for smooth execution.
  • Ensure timely payment once the EO is issued and process the payment request on time.
