Job Description

General Specifications:

  • Age – 20 to 34 years.
  • Qualification – Graduate or currently pursuing bachelor’s level
  • Experience – 3+ years of work experience in sales
  • Industry – Preferred from Mobile /Telecom sales, consumer durables, FMCG, etc.
  • Fresher will only be considered provided tech-savvy with mobile handset and technology.
  • Quantitative Aptitude –Ability to understand sales math –target achievement, calculation of margin and discounts, schemes and market implications, ASP, Competition share, etc.
  • Communication Skill- Ability to put across points. Confident, Polite, Sincere, and Dynamic.
  • Team Handling Skill–Ability to handle a team of 30-40 SECs. A good team player and be able to motivate the team
  • Training Skill - Ability to identify issues and give on-the-job training.
  • Technical skill –Very good knowledge of mobile handset products and technology. Ability to resolve customer queries.
  • Grooming –Presentable and well-groomed.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Sellout management & Outlet placement
  • SEC Incentive scheme deployment.
  • SEC target setting & deployment.
  • Driving Sellout-Focus Model.
  • Reporting Competition and other outlet feedback.
  • Coordination with SEC and sales team for stock replenishment.
  • Placement of SECs in coordination with the area’s sales officer/executive.
  1. Experience and Training
  • Retail Mode and other application deployments.
  • Coordination with SEC for SES maintenance & Planogram deployment.
  • Training SEC (Route training) to perform better.
  • Coordination with SECs for exams, training, programs.
  1. HR & Admin
  • SEC attendance daily check and approval.
  • Ensure SEC hygiene & grooming
  • Ensure SEC logbook updating
  • SEC replacement and Outlet shuffling
  • Asset (Uniform, Logbook, training materials, etc) deployment for SEC
  • Joining & Exit report and SEC Master updating.
  • Communication on consumer offer/offer to SEC
  • SEC reward and recognition activities.
