Job Description
  • To prepare contact center associates (CCAs) to respond the customer questions and Complaints and troubleshoot problems with service and product.
  • To supervise team leader and contact center associates (CCAs) in every aspect
  • To keep track of agent’s attendance, daily statistics, paid and unpaid leaves, etc.
  • Dealing CCAs’ queries regarding best practices or difficult calls.
  • To motivate and encourage staff through positive communication and feedback
  • Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.
  • To monitor and evaluate agents' performance, provide learning and coaching opportunities
  • To ensure that all the requests, complaints, queries, are resolved in a timely manner.
  • To provide performance reviews of the overall team to the client 
  • To prepare daily reports of CCAs along with their daily/weekly progress report and Counsel/coach as per their report’s trend.
  • To make strategic planning to meet the KPIs and sales target given by the client.
  • To provide training to Agents in terms of product, services, and quality
