Mid LevelDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and analyze reports and dashboards used for sales monitoring purpose
Proper understanding of the KPIs assigned to Cluster level: Revenue (Data & Voice), Subscriber Base, Market Share, Compliance , SRA Usage
Review Regional Sales performance on a weekly basis with Regional Unit Head
Perform detailed analysis of reasons for missing targets and taking appropriate actions.
Ensure retail outlets are getting right margin in accordance with the company policy and identify leakages and escalate immediately as required
Ensure necessary activities are carried out during road shows/ new campaigns as announced by the company.
Ensure he/ she understands about the New Product, if any, launched by the company and properly train people in Regional team/ Distributor team.
Ensure required POSM is distributed to the Branch office and to the FOS
Review FOS sales performance on a weekly basis as per Terms of Reference
Ensure every FOS has a designated routes and targets for the month
Ensure FOSs are communicated, trained and monitored on the defined KPIs for them
Ensure Coaching to FOS on the ground on the various activities to be performed at the retail outlet end such as : Sales Planning, Active Selling, Target planning, Competitor data gathering etc.
