Job Description

Basic Description:

  • Position: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager- Corporate Sales (Candidates preferred from cable industry or similar industry only)

  • Work Station: Kathmandu 

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Sales & Marketing from a reputed institution.

  • At least three years of experience in the relevant field.

  • CTC NPR.40,000/- to NPR.60,000/- (Negotiable)

 

Job Description:

  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospects to generate new business for the organization’s products.  
  • Regular follow-up for order & collection.

  • Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.

  • Understand the market scenario and prepare a market analysis report.

  • Monitor competitor's sales & market strategies.

  • Build strong public relations with the parties.

  • Resolve delivery issues and submit a report.

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

  • Prepare and update of customer database.

 

Requirement/ Skills:

  • Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Conduct regular reporting of current & projected sales and marketing activities

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (especially in Ms. Excel).

  • Willingness to travel extensively.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Must possess own vehicle with valid driving license
