Basic Information:

Position: Intern
Offered Stipend: 4000/ monthly
Working hours :8hrs
Facilities : Lunch and tea/snacks
The front Desk Management Intern is the first point of contact of College.

Responsibilities:

Answer all the incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible and call to other organization/ individuals as per the other's staff Request
Receive and relay telephone messages to concerned persons
Check mail and inform the mail to respective person.
Register incoming and outgoing letters, documents and things.
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence letters and officials documents
Supervise and Support on issues related to office premises clean and tidy especially reception area.
Support on procurement process i.e. buy or request goods and supplies for office operation
Support on Library
Maintain attendance records of the students.
Support admin team to research works.
Perform any other jobs as directed by the supervisor
