- Academic Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business field (freshers) or experience in related filed.
- Good communication skills in both English & Nepali.
- Basic computer skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties:
-Handle outbound and inbound enquires, ensuring high levels of customer service.
-Advise and Enroll Candidates on the best course of action to be able to build their career through Nexus services.
-Ensure you possess and maintain a high level of knowledge of Rolling Nexus’s processes and services and Employer’s / Industry’s Needs.
-Make an average of 10 phone calls for each hour worked.
-Maintain usage of standard template emails and marketing material by Nexus’ guidelines.
-Accurately use internal technology and systems in keeping with all training manuals and documents provided.
-Generate and Manage Leads to an effective Candidate Management System.
-As a key performance indicator, you are expected to achieve at least 50 confirmed Candidates enrolments per calendar month of your employee engagement.
