Job Description:
• Should be able to deal with a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls.
• To achieve customer satisfaction, you should be able to address consumer inquiries.
• Should be able to work with little or no supervision.
• Internal departments must be efficiently communicated with and coordinated.
• Follow the company's procedures precisely and efficiently.
• Set up customer accounts and troubleshoot issues
• Obtain sales leads
• Through open and participatory communication, build long-term connections and trust with customer accounts.
• Handle client concerns, providing acceptable solutions and alternatives within the timeframes set; follow up to confirm that the issue has been resolved.
• Keep track of customer interactions, process accounts, and file paperwork.
• Follow all communication processes, policies, and guidelines.
Requirements:
• Should have at least 6 months experience in relative field or hospitality sector.
• Should have their own laptop.
• Educational Qualification: +2 completed or bachelor’s running/completed.
• Must have basic computer skills and should be familiar with Microsoft office packages, in particular, Word and Excel
