Requirements:
a. Should have at least 1-year experience in relative field (Not compulsory)
b. Educational Qualification: +2 completed or Bachelor's Degree (also running)
c. Should have their own laptop
d. Must have basic computer skills and should be familiar with Microsoft office packages, in particular, Word and Excel
e. Skills:

Job Description :
a. Should be able to handle a large amount of incoming and outgoing calls
b. Should be able to handle customer queries to achieve customer satisfaction
c. Should be able to work under minimum supervision
d. Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments
e. Follow company process accurately and efficiently
f. Setup and resolve problems with customer accounts
g. Generate sales leads
h. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
i. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
j. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
k. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
